Return Policy
At Apito, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their nature. These products are marked as Final Sale items on our website.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are unique and produced only once ordered using a print-on-demand company. This means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products if you ordered the wrong size, color, or design. To avoid this, please check the size chart, the color guide, and the preview option before placing your order.
- However, if you receive a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing error, we will offer you a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at solvegineering@gmail.com and provide clear photos showing the issue. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, please send us an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.
- For Direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Non-Final Sale Items
Non-final sale items are products that are not produced using a print-on-demand company. These products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return or an exchange, please email us at solvegineering@gmail.com and tell us the reason for your request. We will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return or an exchange. We will not accept any items that are sent back to us without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days using your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
- If you want to exchange your item for another one, please follow the same steps as above for returning your item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm your exchange request and ship you the new item as soon as possible.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This applies to both final sale items and non-final sale items. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
